For Shopify brands

Your Shopify orders are the proof.

A 3PL bills you per order, per pick, per pallet and per receipt. Your store already knows how many orders shipped and what was in them. Put the two side by side and the gaps show up.

What your order export lets us check

Shopify's order export is a plain CSV you can download yourself, and it's the piece most invoice checks are missing. With it, quantities stop being a matter of trust:

  • Orders billed vs orders shipped. Cancelled, refunded and never-shipped orders sometimes still carry a fulfillment charge.
  • Picks per order. Contracts price the first pick differently from each additional one. Your line items say how many there should have been.
  • Order mix. Single-item orders and ten-item orders cost very different amounts to pack, which is what makes a flat "cost per order" quote misleading.
  • Where your orders went. Shipping zones and box sizes explain most postage swings, so you can tell a carrier increase from a billing mistake.

No app to install, no store access, no passwords: an export is enough. The free check doesn't even need it — contract and invoices are plenty to start — and it's the first thing we ask for when a recovery audit begins.

What we check against your contract

Everything on the invoice, line by line: prices against your rate card and any amendments, quantities against your own data, charges billed twice, fees with no basis in the contract, the invoice's own arithmetic, and monthly minimums against what your contract says counts toward them. Anything we can't settle from the documents goes to a person rather than into a number.

Common on Shopify brands' invoices

These are the patterns worth looking for. Whether any of them is on your invoice is exactly what a check answers.

  • A rate increase applied from the start of the month when the notice set a later date, or applied before its effective date.
  • Every item on a multi-item order billed as a first pick.
  • Storage billed on space held at month-end rather than the measure in the contract, or on locations that stood empty.
  • Peak-season surcharges that outlive the season.
  • A monthly minimum topped up although postage or packaging should have counted toward it, depending on the clause.
  • The same receipt or order billed twice under two names.

How it works

  1. Upload your contract and your latest invoices. About five minutes. PDFs are fine, and so are CSV exports from your 3PL's portal.
  2. You see what we found, free. How many likely billing issues, roughly what they're worth, and which kinds. Anything uncertain is flagged for a person instead of counted.
  3. If you want it recovered, we do the full audit with your Shopify data, hand you a ready-to-send report with the evidence, and you pay only from money you actually get back. No long-term contract.

Start with the free check. Contract plus your latest invoices, and you'll know within minutes whether there's anything to chase.
