What does Overrate do?
We check your 3PL (fulfillment warehouse) invoices line by line against your contract and your order data. When we find billing mistakes, we give you the proof and help you get the money credited back.
How much does it cost?
Your audit costs nothing up front. We take a share of the money you actually get back, so if we recover nothing, you pay nothing. After the audit, you can choose optional monthly monitoring for a small flat fee, and we'll keep checking every new invoice so you don't get overcharged again.
Is there a contract?
There's no long-term contract. For the audit, you sign a short agreement that says we're only paid from money we recover for you. Monthly monitoring is a separate plan you can add if you want it.
How accurate is the savings estimate?
It's a starting point based on industry estimates that billing mistakes run about 3–5% of 3PL spend. We use a more conservative range. Your real number depends on your contract and invoices, and the free audit tells you exactly.
Will this upset my 3PL?
We don't accuse anyone. Billing mistakes usually come from billing settings that don't match your contract, and we write them up that way. You stay in control of what gets sent.
